Jeep’s 2026 Wagoneer delivers a new Hurricane powertrain, spacious three-row seating for seven or eight passengers and tech-forward safety features for family road trips.
The base model of 2026 Wagoneer comes with a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter engine that enhances fuel efficiency, lowers emissions and delivers robust performance for daily driving and heavy-duty towing.
Jeep has announced a new powertrain technology in its Grand Wagoneer REEV–Range Extended Electric Vehicle. The REEV offers a new type of hybrid vehicle that delivers exceptional range, power and torque.
"With the refreshed 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, we’re delivering more than just bold design and refined craftsmanship, we’re also offering exceptional value in the large SUV segment," said Bob Broderdorf, CEO at Jeep.
The SUV’s front end has been redesigned with a sculpted hood and raised headlights, while the seven-slot grille is accented by full-width LED lighting that creates a bold and striking visual signature.
At the back, matching LED taillights enhance the vehicle’s stance and reinforce the Wagoneer’s commanding road presence.
The 2026 Wagoneer also introduces all-new wheel designs and a wide range of exterior colors. Wheel options range from 16 to 22 inches, while available paint finishes include Bright White, Baltic Gray, Fathom Blue and Velvet Red.
An Upland package gives the three-row SUV a rugged and off-road ready appearance, while Altitude and Obsidian packages add sleek exterior styling, premium upholstery and larger wheels.
Under the Hood
“We’re giving our customers a choice in how they experience performance and efficiency,” said Micky Bly, Stellantis senior vice president.
“Our award-winning 3.0-liter Hurricane twin-turbo I-6 delivers outstanding power and capability, while the new range-extended electric system introduces a smarter path to electrification by combining the quiet confidence of all-electric driving with the assurance of long-range freedom.”
Jeep’s entry-level 2026 Grand Wagoneer is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter engine that delivers 420 hp and 468 Ib-ft of torque. The standard engine delivers an EPA-estimated 17 city/24 MPG highway rating and up to 10,000 lbs of towing capacity.
This output is sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission which provides seamless gear shifts and confident performance in different road conditions.
The 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer REEV delivers an estimated 647 horsepower and 620 lb.-ft. of torque. It propels the Grand Wagoneer from 0-60 mph in just five seconds—the quickest, most powerful Grand Wagoneer ever. Paired with an anticipated total range upwards of 500 miles,
Power in the REEV model flows in sequence from the 3.6-liter V-6 engine to the onboard 130-kW generator. The engine generates mechanical power, which is then converted to electrical power by the generator. The electrical power can be used to charge the battery when it is depleted or if the driver wants to conserve the battery.
Comfort and Convenience
The base Wagoneer is equipped with a 10.3-inch digital driver cluster, 12-inch Uconnect Navigation touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, eight-way power adjustable driver’s seat with four-way lumbar support and memory settings, hands-free power liftgate and a nine-speaker audio sound system.
Higher trim upgrades include a 12.3-inch interactive display that lets the co-pilot, control navigation or view vehicle cameras, 24-way power adjustment driver’s seat, a front-console cooler, head-up display projecting navigation and speed directly on to the windshield and a 23-speaker system with a 1,375-watt amplifier.
Dual 10.1-inch in-built Amazon fire entertainment screens allow rear passengers to stream content, mirror devices and control media with voice commands seamlessly integrated into the SUV’s comprehensive infotainment ecosystem.
The Wagoneer Summit trim features a FamCam system offering a high-definition view of the rear seats with night vision and zoom capabilities via the central touchscreen.
This interior camera replaces traditional mirrors with a digitally enhanced and interactive monitoring system which provides convenience and safety for families traveling with kids in multiple rows.
Jeep’s Wagoneer cargo capacity expands considerably with the long-wheelbase “L” models which provides additional storage space behind the third row for family gear and larger loads.
The maximum cargo space of standard wheelbase models is 116.7 cubic feet with all rear rows folded down, while the extended “L” models increase space to 130.9 cubic feet.
