This six-passenger truck is available in Tradesman, Express, Black Express, Warlock, Big Horn, Laramie, Rebel, RHO, Limited and Tungsten trims.
Three exterior paint colors were added to the 2026 lineup and eligible models include a 10-year/100,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty.
Under the Hood
The standard 3.6-liter V6 engine with eTorque delivers 305 hp and 269 Ib-ft of torque while the 5.7 V8 with eTorque produces 395 hp and 410 Ib-ft of torque power.
Engineers paired the classic V8 with a mild-hybrid system that recovers energy during braking and improves fuel efficiency without compromising the Ram 1500 driving experience.
The Rebel model features a 3.0-liter twin turbo engine producing 420 hp and 469 Ib-ft of torque. The Tungsten model is powered by a High-Output Hurricane engine that delivers 540 hp and 521 Ib-ft of torque.
All engines are matched with an eight-speed automatic transmission for responsive engine performance. A maximum towing capacity of 11,610 pounds can handle summer getaways with family campers, fishing boats and utility trailers.
Selectable drive modes optimize the 2026 Ram 1500's performance across a variety of road and off-road conditions. An electronic locking rear differential improves traction on loose or slippery surfaces.
Comfort and Convenience
Entry-level amenities include an 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen, digital instrument cluster, single-zone air conditioning, multiple USB charging ports, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility and a 6-speaker audio unit.
Higher trims elevate the cabin experience. Ram offers a larger 14.5-inch touchscreen, 10.25-inch front passenger interactive display, 12-way power-adjustable front seats with memory and massage functions, head-up display, wireless smartphone charging, dual-zone automatic climate control and a 23-speaker audio system which is the largest factory-fitted audio system in its class.
Optional convenience features include a cargo management system with lockable storage and an 115-volt AC outlet–convenient for mobile devices, small power tools and camping appliances.
The optional Remote Power Tailgate with key fob simplifies loading luggage and gear when your hands are full. Drivers can also fit the 2026 Ram 1500 with a Walk-Up Animation that illuminates the exterior lighting as they approach the truck.
